Free Services

The core MegaBull paper trading platform is and will remain free. This includes:

  • Virtual trading with ₹10 Lakhs simulated capital
  • Real-time market data access
  • Basic charting and analysis tools
  • Portfolio tracking and performance analytics

Eligibility for Refund

If you have purchased any premium service from MegaBull, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • The service has not been substantially used
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the paid features
  • The service did not match its description

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or used
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Subscription fees after the billing period has started

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect
  • UPI refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 7 business days
