MegaBull Paper Trading Application Refund Policy

At MegaBull, we strive to provide the best experience with our paper trading platform. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the MegaBull Paper Trading Application.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered for the following:

  • Subscription Plans
    • If you have purchased a subscription plan and wish to cancel within 1 day of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided you have not extensively used the platform’s premium features (determined at our discretion).
  • In-App Purchases
    • In-app purchases such as add-ons, extra credits, or special features are non-refundable, except where required by local law.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Trial Subscriptions: Any trial that converts to a paid subscription is non-refundable once the trial period ends.
  • Partial Usage: If more than 50% of the subscription period has been used or if substantial usage of premium features is detected, refunds will not be issued.
  • Promotional Offers: Payments made during promotional periods or under discount schemes are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@magabull.in with the following details:

  • Your account details (email, username)
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)
  • Reason for refund request

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the information and get back to you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

MegaBull reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
