Welcome to MegaBull. By accessing or using our paper trading platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MegaBull for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MegaBull at any time.

Disclaimer

MegaBull is a paper trading platform for educational purposes only. The materials and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. MegaBull makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided

Virtual Money

All trading on MegaBull is conducted with virtual (simulated) money. Key points to understand:

• Virtual money has no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Profits or losses in paper trading do not represent actual financial gains or losses
• Past performance in paper trading does not guarantee future results in real trading
• MegaBull is not a brokerage and does not facilitate real stock transactions

Rooms, Groups & Leaderboards

MegaBull allows users to create or join virtual "Rooms" where a group of users can trade using simulated (virtual) money and compare performance on a leaderboard. This feature is provided purely for entertainment, social, and educational purposes. By using Rooms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rooms use only virtual money; no real money, currency, tokens, or anything of monetary value is deposited, wagered, staked, exchanged, or distributed at any point
• Leaderboard rankings reflect simulated trading performance only and carry no cash prizes, rewards, or any other benefit of monetary or material value
• MegaBull does not operate, facilitate, endorse, or encourage any form of betting, wagering, gambling, or real-money contest in connection with Rooms or leaderboards
• Room creators and members are solely responsible for their own conduct; MegaBull does not vet, monitor, or control side arrangements that users may make with one another outside the platform
• If any user(s) enter into a private bet, wager, or real-money arrangement amongst themselves based on Room results, this is done entirely outside of and independent from MegaBull, without our knowledge, involvement, endorsement, or encouragement
• MegaBull expressly disclaims any and all liability, responsibility, or obligation arising from such external arrangements, and we are not responsible for any loss, dispute, or damage arising from them
• You may not use Rooms to organize, promote, or facilitate any real-money betting, gambling, or wagering activity; doing so is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account
• Room names, invite links, chat, and member lists are visible to members you invite or who join the Room, so you should not share sensitive personal information within a Room

Not Financial Advice

MegaBull does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The platform is designed solely for educational and practice purposes. Users should:

• Consult qualified financial advisors before making real investment decisions
• Understand that real market conditions may differ from simulated environments
• Not rely on paper trading results as indicators of real trading success

Limitations

In no event shall MegaBull or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MegaBull, even if MegaBull has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MegaBull could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MegaBull does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. MegaBull may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

MegaBull has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MegaBull. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Modifications

MegaBull may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
